At SoHoCats your kitty will spend time in community boarding areas.  We acknowledge this may not be the right situation of every cat.

While mostly a positive experience for our kitties, boarding can present some potential concerns for some cats.  Anxiety created from being away from home and away from loved ones can weaken a kitty's immune system causing them to perhaps be more susceptible to an illness.  

 

Kitties who are on the older side or who have some pre-existing conditions are also more at risk for becoming ill.  If your kitty has a pre-existing condition such as kidney disease or anything requiring medications you may want to talk with us before making a decision.  We want what is best for you and your family.
